Jackie has worked in the marketing industry now for over 28 years and her background is that she was the regional marketing manager for McDonald’s Restaurants for many years and serviced 37 sites whilst in this position. These were all based in the Yorkshire and North East regions of England. She then went on to become the marketing manager at the, then, Newcastle Arena, where she stayed for seven years before setting up JAM Marketing.
She is proud to say that although she left the Arena, she continues to work with them to this day, along with the promoters they represent and other venues in the region that offer entertainment. She is a writer by trade and a reviewer and critic for five of the region’s glossy magazines.
She has also been on the Ambassador Programmes for many of the region’s hotels / restaurants. She contributes to many of the regions media on all aspects of marketing and PR and am well-respected in the industry, often personally recommended by the press themselves for jobs in the industry. She is also a proud member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and received my Diploma in 1994.
